2. Service Description
Digestr is an AI-powered content and digest platform that aggregates content from configured sources, generates summaries, and delivers digests via web, email, and Discord.
- Source aggregation and schedule-based generation
- AI-assisted summarization and formatting
- Channel delivery and account management tools
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain credentials securely
- Use the account only for lawful business or personal purposes
- Notify us promptly about unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
- Scrape or overload the Service in ways that harm availability
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
5. Content, AI Output, and Intellectual Property
Service IP: Digestr software, design, and branding are owned by Digestr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your Inputs: You retain rights to content and configuration you add to your account.
Third-party Sources: Source content belongs to original publishers. Digestr does not claim ownership of third-party content.
AI Output: Summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for decisions made based on generated output.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Some features require a paid subscription processed by our billing provider.
- Fees, billing cycles, and taxes are presented at checkout
- Subscriptions renew unless canceled before renewal
- You can cancel through billing settings/portal at any time
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including integrations and source availability.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGESTR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or legal/security requirements.
You may stop using the Service at any time and can request account deletion in Settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Digestr is established, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
